Yielding to the T-shirt
The navy and white striped Breton Shirt originates from the uniform of French sailors. The original is the boatneck, but at nanamica we chose the versatile round neck to be the standard. Fast-drying COOLMAX® is knitted on a fleece-knitting machine divided into outer and inner material, for a texture that is thick but light to wear.

The high-function plain T-shirt that is a nanamica standard uses two types of yarn; cotton, which absorbs perspiration, and COOLMAX® that dries it. The fabric is knitted using the "loopwheel knitting machine" which can only produce about 30 meters of fabric per day, relying on the yarn's own weight, creating a texture that is soft and slouchy like vintage fabric..

Durable shirts are reliable
We aimed for "stronger" with this CORDURA fabric button-down shirt. It is sewn at a workwear factory, and the side panel seam is done in triple stitch.
It will take a whole lot to tear this strong fabric, and it is highly durable. The vintage feel like a shirt from the 50s~70s is comfortable to wear.

The cotton-polyester shirt looks good worn loose
Navy, which is the brand color of nanamica, is the base color for this the brushed cotton polyester fabric long-sleeve shirt.
The tailoring has accentuated stitching like a work shirt, but it is a fine fabric, with a dry and smooth texture. It looks good worn loosely, with just a few buttons closed.

Revival of a standard; the open collar shirt
Open collar shirts in the 60s in the US had a stiff texture and a certain wildness to it that lent itself to be thrown on. At nanamica,
we used polyester cotton broadcloth made by wrapping cotton around polyester to recreate the texture and silhouette from those times. We kept the classical pen holder on the chest pocket,
and updated the buttons with snap buttons for convenience.

Sweaters like Sweatshirts
The slouchy sweater is actually 100% polyester. By knitting the polyester fiber with a hollow center like Lily-yarn,
the yarn itself is supple and strong. It dries quickly after washing, so it doesn't have to be handled like a knit sweater. You can wear it roughly like a sweatshirt.

Running in chino pants
The first chino pants of nanamica made in original fabric uses covering core yarn made by wrapping cotton around polyester.
The soft and supple texture like vintage clothes feels comfortable against the skin. It has a tapered shape based on the US ARMY chinos from the 50s,
and the crotch area has a gusset for 180 degrees mobility for the legs. You can easily run in them.

The same coat, rain or shine
Completely waterproof from the neckline to the hem, this soutien collar coat might as well be called a raincoat. The fabric is GORE-TEX Fabrics which is breathable but wind and waterproof,
and the vivid blue of the inside shows Nanamica's character. We're continuing update, reinforcing the cuffs with tear-resistant polyester material, and making big changes to the silhouette.

A set up suit that isn't uptight
Using original cloth made by adding wool to polyster cotton hopsack fabric, the setup has a dry fabric texture for a slightly relaxed feel.
There are details of factory workwear such as double-stitching and mesh material on the inside of the sleeves. The cloth is 100% polyester wool. The deep pocket is just the size to fit your smartphone.
